The Fantasy League online system stores data about individuals in order to create a Fantasy League account. We store the name, e-mail address, home address (if provided), for each individual in order to create an account, which is stored on our secure servers for the duration of your game. This data is stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will delete the user data upon request (via email to auctionsupport@fantasyleague.com) or upon closure of your account (via a request), or after three years of non usage.
This data is deleted from the system immediately and cannot be recovered by any users or fantasy league employees after this point. Data which has been deleted or otherwise destroyed can not be recovered at any time.
Where applicable, we may disclose your personal information to any member of our group. This includes, where applicable, our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any).
